Skillshare is a global community where you can learn real-world skills from incredible teachers.
How cool is that?

Are you ready to develop the potential you've always had?
Now you can learn anytime, anywhere, while learning at your own pace in your own place,
all while showcasing your skills to your fellow classmates and teacher.

You like art, right? Are you stylish, trendy, crafty?
Do you love the DIY projects on Pinterest?
Do you have your own webpage?
Do you want to start your own clothing brand?
Are you wanting to learn the "secrets" to the Fashion Industry?
Do you want to learn more about Branding?
Are you a Fashion Photographer looking for new ideas
or an amateur photographer looking to advance their skills?
Enough with the questions, I'll get to the point...
Skillshare
is your dream come true!

They offer all different kinds of classes that suit nearly anyone's passions
but they recently launched their New School of Fashion & Style
and you will fall in love with every Fashion & Style class they have to offer.
{Well, I did anyways.}

I'll be taking my very first fashion related art course through Skillshare
and I'm absolutely positively THRILLED!

I've enrolled in
This course will be taught by THE Dallas Shaw,
in case you don't recognize her name she is the illustrator
behind the concept designs and advertising illustrations
for several amazing brands such as DKNY, Chanel, Oscar de le Renta, Kate Spade,
Mercedes Benz Fashion week and many more.
Her work is brilliant and her style is to-die-for.

This class is beginner level so anyone can take it
and Dallas will be covering the basics:
sketching with pencil, applying color, and finalizing the illustration.
She is so talented I can't wait to absorb her knowledge and apply it to my own art.
We'll all be sharing our illustrations in class as well
so I'm psyched to see what everyone comes up with!

Plus Dallas will be sharing her Top 3 favorite illustrations across all of her media platforms:
Talk about MASS exposure to tons of great people!

Not only will you be gaining a lifelong skill, you will create a beautiful fashion illustration that will brighten any room as a work of art, compliment your creative portfolio, and also help land your dream freelance gigs with major brands.

All you need to enroll in this class and receive lifetime access to it is a one-time small fee, lots of  paper, pencil, watercolor paints (no need for a large or expensive set), colored pencils, a very fine black marker or pen, and your imagination!

So get your supplies together and head on over to Skillshare to enroll in this class,
the class begins November 26th so be sure to enroll now!
If this class isn't your thing, then be sure to check out all of the other classes
Skillshare School of Fashion & Style has to offer such as Hand Lettering, Book Cover Design, Photoshop Fundamentals, Interior Styling, or several other FANTASTIC course offerings!

{ Although I was provided with a free course to facilitate this review, the opinions and statements expressed above are completely my own.}

  9. I have the same amount of creativity as a baby trying to paint the Sistine Chapel. I try to pretend I have skills but my impatience and lack of eye is just a recipe for disaster. ~ Chelle from Oh, Just Stop Already
