Whether I'm sharing recipes, workout routines, or my favorite work out gear, I love talking about my weight loss journey with you guys. Today I want to discuss my favorite way of getting nutrient dense protein in my diet - Bowflex Body! It's packed with all kinds of essential vitamins and nutrients and with such a delicious flavor in every sip, you can't go wrong! While the French Vanilla shake is delicious on it's own, I love sipping on the flavorful shakes with the Boosters added in for a little extra pep in my step! I always have trouble choosing which booster to add though, with options like the Peanut Butter Booster which makes every sip as delicious a gooey protein-rich peanut butter without adding a bunch of extra fat to your diet, the rich and indulgent Chocolate Booster (that's really a fat burner), or the Antioxidant Infused Mixed Berry Booster which is a dreamy blend of fruit and vanilla it's not an easy decision! Each booster takes my shake to another level, just like the recipe I'm sharing today...
1 scoop of Bowflex Body Fitness Shake
1 cup Almond Milk
2-3 pinches of Pumpkin Spice seasoning
1 pinch of cinnamon
optional: fat-free whipped cream
Place your protein powder and almond milk in a cup or a blender bottle and blend together either by shaking or stirring.
Once completely blended add in Pumpkin spice seasoning and stir for around 30 seconds.
Add Whipped Cream and a dash of cinnamon to the top and it's time to start sippin'!
