Beaches, Good Food, and Good Times - Daytona Beach, Florida!
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.
I'm a huge fan of traveling, whether it's overseas or just across the state - I love being able to explore the world. Lately, I've had my sights set on visiting Daytona Beach again. While I love the area I live in, it's sometimes nice to get away and Daytona Beach seems like the perfect place to call a hide away - a short road trip and I'm in the perfect destination for a little vacation!
Offering a wide variety of activities along the beach (including tons of kid friendly options), as well as such a vast amount of dining options and 23 miles of sparkling white sand, I suppose you could call Daytona Beach a little piece of paradise! Florida is an amazing place to visit in general but Daytona Beach has to be one of my favorite spots in the state!
After a long day soaking up the sun and a belly full of good food and drinks, you'll be glad to find out that the town of Daytona Beach offers tons of entertainment options as well. With several free things to do in Daytona Beach, tons of ways to have some outdoor fun, and a great little bit of night life - there's something for everyone in Daytona Beach!
With world-class attractions like the Daytona International Speedway or the new Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, the largest collection of Florida art in the world - we're bound to have a good time on our next visit!
Daytona Beach is great for couples trying to plan a romantic getaway, so you can imagine we're going to have a fantastic time! Think long walks on the beach, followed by a glass of champagne, and a couples massage with the sound of waves crashing! It'll be the perfect place to celebrate love!
Daytona Beach is also festival capital of Florida, with over 50 festivals throughout the year! It's so much fun to have the opportunity to choose between having a groovy, good time at the Daytona Blues Fest at Historic Jackie Robinson Ballpark or getting the chance to see an eclectic view of the current art scene at the Halifax Art Festival in scenic downtown Daytona Beach! Which one would you choose to attend? I just can't decide!
Now that I've shared why I'm so excited to be planning our next visit to paradise, I have to ask have you ever been to Daytona Beach? Start planning a visit today, beaches, good food, and good times are waiting for you... the beach awaits!
