Can you even believe it's December already? With such a busy schedule, I feel like the days (and months) are just flying by.. I'm not complaining about being busy, it's been amazing and so rewarding! But let's be real, I've been "running on empty" lately and I'm not feeling as healthy as I was over the summer; I assume most adults know the feeling, we've all experienced it at one point in our lives... right?
While I do my best to keep up a healthy fitness routine, maintain good nutrition, and drink plenty of H2O, I'm severely slacking with such a busy schedule and this has to change! Lucky for me, I know what my body needs - a little more play, a bit more veggies, and a lot more water! I'm one of those people that
regularly drinks water, but some how I never seem to get enough in my daily routine. From chapped lips to decreased energy, I was really feeling the need for more water in my routine and that's when the Thermos Connected Hydration Bottle with a Smart Lid came into my life and I'm forever thankful.
It's so easy to make sure that I'm keeping up with my hydration needs now, with a device monitoring my intake and communicating with my ipod! The Connected Hydration Bottle even lets me know when I've hit my goals and reminds me to start sipping if I haven't met my goals already!
This may be strange, but I also love finding out the exact temperature of my water with the Thermos Connected Hydration Bottle Smart Lid app, I guess I'm just a dork like that; but you have to admit, it is cool knowing exactly the perfect temperature for drinking water! I suggest around 68-70 degrees, but what do you prefer? It's easy to find out with this awesome new Thermos and the app!
