Take some time & spend your Sunday afternoons making sure all flows well in your life. Follow these little tips I've shared below and your whole life will be easy like a Sunday morning...
1. Take some time for yourself! Breathe, do some yoga, indulge in a bubble bath and get a little crazy & toss in a Bath Bomb. Make sure to send the hubby out to run errands, put the kids down for a nap, and use this time to make sure your feeling your best and pamper yourself with your favorite activities and treats!
2. If you're hoping to lead a healthier life in 2016, it's time to start meal prepping (and snack prepping)! It's worth the effort to make additional meals all in one day, you can enjoy your efforts for a couple of days in a row and not have to stress about food prep all week long! Plus, making these meals ahead of time ensures your providing your body with the nutrition it needs without having to spend all night, every night in the kitchen!
3. In 2016, if you're hoping to lead a more productive and organized life then you need to start filling in the little details on your daily planner, specifically start focusing on Monday's agenda on Sunday! You'll appreciate knowing what to expect each day once you get in the habit of using your planner regularly - plus, you'll be able to keep track of EVERYTHING all in one place!
4. Let's get things clean and un-stinky in 2016. Take the time to empty out the leftover, expired, or questionable food from your fridge (and pantry) so that you're food options are easy to spot when it comes time to cook! Also, make sure your recycling is sorted and your plants have been watered!

6. Check out the weather forecast & start planning outfits for the next few days! Whether a cold front is coming or there's going to be heat wave, it's important to know how to dress to stay comfortable and stylish before you head out of the house.
7. Change out the music on your ipod or cell phone! Provide yourself with some new tunes that you really love, transfer your favorite oldies or some new chart toppers to your device and start listening to stuff that really energizes and excites you! Make a new playlist for each week, it's kind of like having a soundtrack for your life that you create for yourself.
8. Go outside and explore a little. Whether you take your pooches for a short walk or you are craving a long run among mountains, it's good to go out and adventure. Take a deep breath and enjoy the time spent in the great outdoors.
9. Find a weekly muse. Use your printer to add some inspiration to your walls, from home decor to make up looks - print off some of your favorites and add them to your wall to create a dream board! Using photo paper, card stock, or maybe even a Cricut machine create a board that encompasses everything that makes you feel passionate about - you're bound to feel inspired for days to come! Knowing how much you can spend each week is an important part of having a household run smoothly, plus you'll know how much moolah you can spend on the concert tickets you've been wanting to buy or the amount you can blow on your next LUSH shopping spree.
